DohaAbout Your JobIn this role you will be responsible to support the implementation of the distribution strategy by setting and executing the Tour Operator (TO) channel strategy, defining incentive / product guidelines and holding responsibility for the channel target on global level.
You will optimise TO sales performance through formulation, development and implementation of tools and products to drive revenue.
Also you will work collaboratively with regional sales teams and support dissemination of best practice and channel consistency across the Regions.
Accountibilites : Work with Manager Leisure Channels to actively input insights from the TO Channel into the development of the distribution strategy.
Develop the TO channel strategy and plans to drive TO sales performance, maximize revenue contibution and meet assigned targets.
Continue to improve return on TO agreements and work with Product Development to develop products for TO customers.Work with Cost of Sale Manager to set guidelines for cost of sale with a focus on improving ROI.
