Primary purpose of job

Prepare technical analysis and detailed, articulate,Management level proposals on Reward matters that relate to HRPolicy Governance Framework used to govern the Energy Sector herein Qatar.

Experience & Skills

  • A minimum of 8 - 10 years total experience In HR function,specifically In the Compensation & Benefitsfield.
  • Proven knowledge of differentremuneration packages and expertise in the development of totalrewards strategy.
  • Advancedproficiency level in Microsoft Office suites such as Excel, Word,PowerPoint etc.
  • Prior experience in aSAP environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication (written andverbal) and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in working with senior levels of management andcross-functional project teams. Education
  • Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Statistics & Behavioral Science, Commerceor Finance, preferably with CCP or GRPcertification
