The OperationsManager represents the service provider inall matters relating to the Facility Management contract ina Healthcare facility.
He will manage the dedicated team, assuring the quality of theservice provided, compliance with the technical requirements andcustomer satisfaction, supervising the work carried out by theteams;
managing the KPI-driven business.
Responsible for the management of services and processesthat support the core business of the organization.
To take the overall responsibility of deliveringfunctional goals including operational uptime, compliance,financial and people development.
To takeoverall responsibility for the work of all personnel employed bythe service provider for the execution of the contract andproviding them with the necessary materials and information toenable them to carry out their duties
Realizepursuit of the satisfaction of the client, solving possibleincidents and detecting new business opportunities or added to thealready employed services.
Responsible forimplementing the maintenance procedures to be followed inaccordance with the operating and maintenance manuals, the plannedmaintenance system and any other recommendations that becomenecessary over time.
Have the ability to leadtechnical root cause investigations and elaborate comprehensivetechnical reports.
To anticipate and plan forfuture requirements in the Facility. Act as consultant and advicethe client.
Monitor and ensure compliance withthe policies and regulations adopted by the organization in themanagement of the contract, in its scope of activity.
Responsible for ensuring the plant is maintainedeconomically, efficiently and safely according to good engineeringpractices and to prolong the life of the systems.
To attend periodic meetings with the clientrepresentatives and / or their representatives to discuss andappraise the performance of the contract at no extra cost to theclient.
In cooperation with HR, proposedismissals and sanctions, as well as participate in the selectionof the personnel.
Liaise with customers andoperations and create and develop a relationship with the client.Manage stocks of supplies, tools and equipment.
Monitor and control maintenance costs.
Have full working knowledge of the areas in the buildingwhich are covered by the services run by FMM.
Plan staff rotations to ensure full coverage in allshifts and supervise staff hours worked, training attendance,sickness and annual leave for producing a properpayroll.
Ensure subcontractors are followingthe requirements.
Perform HSE inspections andprovide input to accident and incident investigations
Collaborate with HSEQ Department to provide response toclient’s request for information, inspections, audits,etc.
