Maintaining awareness of market trends, monitoring local competitors & customer patterns
Managing & motivating the sales team to ensure increased sales & efficiency Ensuring team are well presented & in full uniform
Communicating & upholding all company policies, rules & procedures Ensuring proper cash management at the store
Preparing monthly reports, as required by the management Coordinating with Mall Management
On the floor training & providing support to sales associates & senior sales associates
Profile
Experience in an Optical / Eye-wear Business
Thorough knowledge of feature & benefits of products & brands in the store
Understanding of competing brands & prices
Excellent role model & effective communicator
Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
Good selling skills
Strong team building & staff development skills
Good personality & immaculately groomed
Basic numerical ability & IT skills
