  • Toanticipate guest needs, and handle guest inquiries in a helpful andattentive Anantara manner.
  • Tohave a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including roomtypes, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverageoutlets and promotions, spa and health club, and other Anantaraproperties.
  • To take personalresponsibility for the service and attitude with which our guestservice is being delivered, and ensure it meets the higheststandard of Anantara at all times.
  • Take personal responsibility for ensuring all issuespertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that follow up iscompleted on a timely basis.
  • To be proactive and innovative, suggesting alternatives that meetguest needs in enjoying their Anantaraexperience.
