DohaSupport growth of the Qatar business through provision of business generation and marketing support. Working alongside the Middle East Business Generation team, the role will support execution of activities across the full mix of client, bidding, marketing, communications and sector development.

Bid leadershipChampion the Bid to Win processManage and support development and capture of bidding best practice, tools, case studies, and CVsSupport live bids, advising on pitch strategy and executionSupport conversion of bids through analysing and disseminating reporting and capturing best practiceProvide support to regional infrastructure bids and pitchesSector, service and hub growthSupport cross-selling and awareness of the service delivery model and initiativesManage Qatar marketing initiatives which support growth, staff awareness and our profile in the marketSupport capture of service and sector best practice via case studies, CVs, collateral and other mediumsManage discreet research on prospective sectors, competitors, hubs or market trendsClient growthSupport awareness of the opportunity pipeline through managing Qatar pipeline reportingSupport capture and sourcing of client intelligence to inform proposition and pursuitsChampion the Contacts and Marketing Database and useMarketing and communicationsSupport the regional marketing plan by managing / supporting specific marketing campaigns or activitiesManage the roll out of regional / global campaigns in QatarAdvise on ROI on marketing activityManage the awards process including identifying potential awards, engaging with senior management and coordinating high quality submissionsManaging promotional stock and banners, including logistical supportProvide support and advisory regarding awards, media relations, social media, collateral, marketing channels and associated profile raising activities with the Global Business Generation functionChampion correct use of the Turner & Townsend brandQualificationsSkills and capabilities3 years+ experience across business generation, marketing and bidding in a professional services environment, ideally within the built environmentPreference for a related degree in Marketing / CommunicationsAble and eager to provide both tactical support and advisory supportAble to prioritise and manage multiple and tight deadlinesAgile and able to operate in an entrepreneurial environmentStrong copywriting skills and ability to identify and shape key messagesCommunicates credibly and effectively about marketing / BD best practiceHas strong attention to detail and believes accuracy to be importantAbility to engage with and influence Board level stakeholders and external contactsAbility to lead meetings effectively to achieve desired outcomesAbility to operate in a team or individually and take responsibility for achieving specific tasks or outcomesBehavioursPassionate about BD, marketing and the built environment sectorDemonstrates confidence, diplomacy and credibilityResilient and tenaciousCan influence and engage with senior stakeholdersCan motivate others to deliver resultsTakes responsibility for own results and othersDevelops productive relationships with other Business Services teamsMaintains the operational standards of the BG department and brandAdditional Information#LI-AK1
