  • Area Manageris to manage and assume overall responsibility for the success oftheir stores by directing all operational aspects of each store anddriving sales whilst minimizing costs.
  • Responsibilities;
  • Increasestandards of customer service.
  • Provide training and development for staff.
  • Communicate with clients on a regularbasis.
  • Ensure quality consistencyacross the region.
  • Maximize salesand profitability in the region.
  • Set sales targets for individual locations.
  • Skills;
  • Excellentcommunication skills.
  • At least 5years experience in sales and / or management.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree inbusiness, marketing, finance or related field.
  • Willing to travel up to 75 percent of thetime.
  • Strong analyticalskills.
  • Proven track record ofmeeting sales targets.
