About Your Job :
In this role, you will execute the day to day social media activities of the airline. You will assist in defining programmes to use social media marketing techniques with the activities being to increase visibility, engagement and traffic for Qatar Airways website.
You will also coordinate QR content management and publication on all social media channels as well as monitoring user-generated content and mentions relevant to QR on Social Media space.
You will also liaise with internal QR departments to channel conversations from social channels to relevant business units and customer service channels.

About You :
To be successful in this role, you will need four years of similar experience preferably combined with a Bachelors level qualification.
You should have sound social media writing experience with an excellent command of the English and Arabic languages. This role will be focused on Arabic content and, as such, you should have excellent Arabic writing skills and be knowledgeable of the nuances of the Arabic language in the Middle Eastern region.
Strong team-working skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment are essential. You should also possess a natural creative flair and be willing to experiment with new ideas and approaches.
