About Your Job : : You are an ideal fit for this role if you have previous working experience in Cabin Cleaning / Aircraft Appearance in order to do the following tasks : Supervises and organize Aircraft Appearance Operation for assigned number of aircrafts at Ramp on shift basis to achieve the highest level of services and quality to QR and other customer airlinesMonitoring the on time performance of aircraft Appearance operations.
Plan and monitor changes by coordinating with Roster Management System teamSupervises daily allocation based on manpower and equipment availability, monitor aircraft and flights activities involving staff and resources.
Managing different aircrafts numbers average 20 turnaround aircraft at the Zone such as Ramp or Hangar areas to ensure Aircraft cleaning activities are performed in highest aircraft cleaning standards as per QR / QAS standardLiaising with QR engineers, officers and duty managers, plan and ensure availability of required materials, vehicles and equipment.
Allocate & supervise Cleaning and Dressing teams. This includes planning and preparation with the available staff and resources to cover all the flights within the shift.
Ensuring the discrepancy and / or irregularity is highlighted to the shift officer and recorded to take corrective actions and avoid reoccurrence.
Monitor and evaluate performance of the team to ensure service standards are achieved, in case of any unacceptable service level observed same to be discussed with the team and recorded before escalating to the officer.
Complete audits and inspections of serviced aircraft and report / record irregularities.Supervise correct disposal of rubbish and Foreign Object Debri (FOD) prevention.
Work with Training Mentors to facilitate training.Ensure grooming of staff and PPE is being utilized as per SOP.Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
