Our client is a leading international B2B organisation in Qatar who are looking to hire a Country Director who will be responsible for driving business growth, team development and operational efficiency.
Reporting to the international HQ, this is an exciting, challenging new opportunity for an individual who is KPI / Sales driven and is committed to delivering results by providing solutions to customers whilst managing relationships and expectations.
You will be responsible for all short and long term objectives, commercial strategy and profitability, P&L, budgets, financial performance as well as overall customer satisfaction, growth and operational movements.
This role is suited to a highly motivated and commercially astute individual who can think outside the box, further capitalizing on their already strong client database.
As a natural leader, you will lead by example working alongside and supporting the strong team already in place, whilst also providing strategic direction in line with the vision of the company in order to maximise returns.
You will also instil the strong and successful corporate values which have already given the company a solid name in the international market
Salary : QAR 30,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
