About your Job : :
Providing administration support for the smooth functioning on a daily basis, for the team with great customer service skills.
Handling of confidential and sensitive issues involving continual inter-departmental relations and allocation of QR housing related activities.
Represents the team through correspondence, telephone and personal contact. Liaise with other departments such as finance for arranging the logistics of resources.
Performs advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative and secretarial support for the office.
Extensive use of excel and tables for reports and data mining.
Generates business documentation, including presentation creation and spreadsheet preparation and distribution.Prepares charts and compile reports as needed while ensuring that all files are complete and properly maintained.
Performs administrative tasks based on set procedures, while coordinating internal and external communications.
Responds to complaints and requests for information and assistance, interpret and explain procedures and policies pertaining to internal inquiries of staff.
Attends and take notes at meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, records of Communication (documents, E-mail) to meet the requirements of the team.
Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
Assists in the response to any emergency or a major operational disruption affecting Qatar Airways or its subsidiaries, including support of the Qatar Airways Special Assistance Program and is aware of general environmental principles and tools to assist your department in achieving Qatar Airways Group Environmental Objectives and targets.
About You : : Qualifications :
Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
A tertiary HR / Administration qualification would be an advantage.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Database administration experience
Hospitality / facility background with customer service
