DohaIn this role you will be responsible for implementing effective process strategies in the Sales System (Galaxy), through innovative products, processes and system analysis.
As part of the role will involve close interaction with IT, central Sales, Outstation Sales teams, Revenue Management, and other system stakeholders.
Accountabilities : OperationalSupport Lead Systems Officer with project management of Commercial related Systems. Namely, Galaxy.
Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to central Sales, IT and Revenue Management.
Plan training support and assistance for Network users on the respective modules within the system.Implementing innovative commercial tools.
Operational SafetyEnsure full awareness of work health and safety requirements and expectations in order to minimise health and safety risks for self and colleagues.
Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, security, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the operation to guarantee employee safety, security, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality service with a responsible environmental attitude.
