Looking for active office admin assistant with adequate qualification & work experience for the post of Receptionist or Admin Assistant.

Responsibilities : Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.Ensure reception area is tidy and presentableProvide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email.

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail deliveries.Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stocks.Update calendars and schedule.

Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

Requirements : Must be presentable and good manneredMust have Good Communication skillsComputer knowledge / Knowledgeable in accounting is a plus.

Experience in Qatar within the same field is preferableCan join immediatelyContract length : 12 monthsPart-time hours : 18 per weekJob Types : Full-time, Part-time, ContractApplication Question(s) : What is your expected Salary Range(From to)?
