Supervise the efficientoperations of reception including check in / outprocedures
Support team members in handlingguest requests and enquires to ensure a positive outcome isachieved
Ensure that both the Front OfficeManager and Reception Supervisors are kept fully aware of anyrelevant feedback from Guests and / or other departments
Demonstrate a high level of customer service at alltimes
Advise team of any special events or VIPGuests in the hotel for events or for generalaccommodations
Understand thoroughly all hotelroom categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other generalproduct knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of theFront Office Team with an emphasis on training andteamwork
Maximize room occupancy and useup-selling techniques to promote hotel services andfacilities
Ensure Team Members have a currentknowledge of all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions,local area and other general product knowledge necessary to performtheir duties
Demonstrate positive leadershipcharacteristics, which inspire Team Members to exceedstandards
Act in accordance with fire, healthand safety regulations and follow the correct procedures whenrequired
Act in accordance with policies andprocedures when working with front of house equipment and propertymanagement systems
