Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinates thetechnical and management aspects of projects.

  • PrepareScope of Work for the Department’s projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of strategy project proposals.
  • Prepare Project Execution Plans, including project resourcerequirements.
  • Monitor the budget and track trends.
  • Participate in project related meetings and resolvemanagement project issues.
  • Provide expert advice anddirection to others by the timely application of technical and / orproject management professionalism at key points in the projectprocess.
  • Influence and direct the scale, nature, timingand execution of capital investments to meet changing requirements.
  • Set success criteria for projects; formulate and deliverproject execution strategies ensuring successful delivery of theproject through a project team.
  • Ensure the work of theproject complies with best practice standards, current and futurelegislative requirements, and CLIENT’s guidelines.
  • Ensure full integration between all phases of assignedprojects, including commissioning and start up activities and thedesign and construction phases.
  • Demonstrate proactiveapproach to patient safety by thinking what might go wrong in allyour undertakings and take necessary measures to prevent them fromhappening.
  • Identify and report potential or actualpatient safety concerns, errors and / or near misses in timelymanner.
  • Follow patient safety-related policies,procedures and protocols.
  • Demonstrate as sense of teamwork and effective communication.
  • Partner with linemanager to understand risks in your area of work, develop a plan onhow to mitigate those risks, and develop shared accountability forimplementing and evaluating the plan.
  • Ensure that theaspects of patient safety, risk management, and quality improvementare embedded in all the processes under are of responsibility.
  • Foster a culture of safety, where staff feels encouragedto raise concerns and report incidents without fear of disciplinaryprocedure.
  • To develop a culture of learning andencourage staff to learn from defects. Learning should lead tocontinuous process improvement.
  • To collaborate withother leaders for Patient safety.
  • Ensure high standardsof confidentiality to safeguard any sensitiveinformation
