The excellence in operating both strategic and operational levels and experience in Tender, Bid, Award, Planning, Executing, and close out of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Lead the Business and acquire resources and coordinate with team members, third-party contractors and consultants in order to deliver projects according to devised plan.
To deliver high quality, ELV Technology services in support to customers’ business needs in a safe working environment. Leading Team and building / enhancing presence in Qatar being the high growth region of the Middle East.
Project and process management of all technology related Services including Service & Quality management. Furthermore, the project manager should have a strong commercial understanding and shall be responsible for the P&L of all projects.
Dedicated to business development and managing client relations which ensure the continuance of operation by securing more business, and enhance revenue.
You job responsibilties include but are not limited to : Must be have good sense of business development, Market penetration, lead generation, credentials pitch, evaluation, account management, follow up, develop proposals, negotiation, and closing agreements.
Responsible for achieving financial targets and managing P&L of divisionUnderstanding and awareness on commercial and financial management, Invoicing, and project cash flow management.
Management of ELV Technology Division, vendors and suppliesMaintain and update management budget, equipment and materialsConduct and review plant operations, emergency plans and contingenciesDefine project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Oversee Operational execution according to the Contract DocumentsAware about the market changes, new technology and Increase the product mix.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and track project milestones and deliverables.
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
Manpower Planning, Monitoring, and ControlTo be eligible to apply, applicant must have 7- 10 years of experience in a similar role in ICT / ELV industry.
