We are hiring an Incident Manager for one of our clients in Doha.

Candidates who have the required qualification and good experience may apply.


  • Minimum of six years of Change / Incident / Problem Management experience.
  • Working knowledge of Incident / Problem / Change Management frameworks such as ITIL v3 / V4 with minimum certification of Intermediate level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with multiple levels of the organization, including interaction with senior level stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts / competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
  • Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.
  • High level of IT literacy.
  • Experience in Incident / event management tools.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and technical environments.
  • Project Management experience is a plus.
  • BE / B.Tech Degree or equivalent in years of progressive experience in Service Provider environments.
  • Able to work in shifts in a 24x7 environment in Client’s Enterprise Support with a flexibility in work hours when needed.
  • Preferably ITIL V.3 / V4 Expert / Intermediate Certification.
