Primary purpose of job Plan and directcustomer relations programmes, as well monitor the delivery of thehighest quality of customer service to and act as liaison betweenQP Medical Services and internal / external clients. Experience& Skills
Minimum of 5 years experience in senioradministrative activities, with at least 2 years in a healthcarecustomer relationship role (essential).
The applicant hasto be Bilingual (fluent in Arabic / English).
The applicantshould be working or have worked in a hospital and health caresystem in a leading role as Customer Relationship Officer,Marketing, Planning, Communication Officer or Business Relationshipofficer.
Has managed customer feedback system, conductedsurvey for services delivery, analyzed complaints trends anddeveloped action plans.
Has been involved in servicesdesign and marketing of health services as well as developed onlinesolutions and brochures for services.
Has good knowledgeand background in customer complaints resolution.
Familiarization with MOPH (Ministry of Public Health)customer service for health care requirements is advantage.Education
Degree in Marketing / Communications, PublicRelations or Health Services Administration (or equivalent)(essential).
