Primary purpose of job Plan and directcustomer relations programmes, as well monitor the delivery of thehighest quality of customer service to and act as liaison betweenQP Medical Services and internal / external clients. Experience& Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in senioradministrative activities, with at least 2 years in a healthcarecustomer relationship role (essential).
  • The applicant hasto be Bilingual (fluent in Arabic / English).
  • The applicantshould be working or have worked in a hospital and health caresystem in a leading role as Customer Relationship Officer,Marketing, Planning, Communication Officer or Business Relationshipofficer.
  • Has managed customer feedback system, conductedsurvey for services delivery, analyzed complaints trends anddeveloped action plans.
  • Has been involved in servicesdesign and marketing of health services as well as developed onlinesolutions and brochures for services.
  • Has good knowledgeand background in customer complaints resolution.
  • Familiarization with MOPH (Ministry of Public Health)customer service for health care requirements is advantage.Education
  • Degree in Marketing / Communications, PublicRelations or Health Services Administration (or equivalent)(essential).
