  • Research customer'shistory and solution usage; leveraging key insights to elevatecustomer conversation and action.
  • Understandthe customers’ business strategy and industry directionand manage a long term, sustainable business portfolio.
  • Help customers solve difficult business challenges byaligning our value proposition with their businessobjectives.
  • Articulate the business benefitsof our diverse technology portfolio, resulting in uptake of newproducts and solutions.
