Lead the FWC IT mobilisationstrategy, policies and procedures as well as lead all the relatedmobilisation projects, ensuring alignment with the Q22 CentralPlanning and FWC IT operational readiness strategies.
Act as key liaison with Q22 areas responsible forproviding services to IT workforce as Accreditation, Transport,Uniform, Accommodations, Catering, Clean and Waste, keeping allcommunications aligned in order to ensure the appropriate servicesto the teams.
Act as focal point for all ITcontractors and volunteers, keeping them informed on the policiesapplied in Q22.
Plan with IT teams theredeployment of the positions and shifts required of the workforcefor providing the services at all stages of the projects, includingbut not limited to test events and technical rehearsals.
Monitor with the IT teams the elaboration of all ITpolicies and procedures and trainings and control of the attendanceand performance review of the teams.
