Key Job Responsibilities
Sorts all iing correspondence in order of priority and process the reservations to the set standard
Takes reservations directly over the telephone while inputting / cancelling them in the puter to the required standard
Makes sure all reservations are processed and confirmation letters / faxes / e-mails are sent our within a 24-hour period
Files all correspondence in alphabetical and date order on a daily basis
Maintains and update the Reservations office Yield availability board
Checks all reservations for the next day’s arrivals toensure all details are correct and that all special requests are beingfulfilled
At least 2 years’ experience in a 4 / 5 starhotel
Preferred Experience with Opera PMS (preferred)
Proficientputer skills on MicrosoftOffice, Excel, and Word
