  • Plan for and co-lead on theannual salary and bonus review
  • Support withthe setup and maintenance of the compensation tool
  • Ensure the salary, bonus, pension and benefits arebenchmarked using agreed credible data sources and analyse thefindings on a regular basis.
  • Undertakefinancial modelling and budgeting for the annual review and asrequired in projects;
  • Produce the data for theannual D& I report (e.g. gender / ethnicity pay report) andrun equal pay reviews;
  • Assist with maintenanceof the compensation and benefits framework, policies and processesin line with the overall business strategy;
  • Engage with the business as a subject matter expert toensure that Reward is seen as a visible partner which is relevantto the wider strategic agenda of the firm.
