The general manager will account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organisation's image, and meet overall growth objectives.

Job Description :

  • Overseeing daily business operations.
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
  • Training managers and staff.
  • Creating and managing budgets.
  • Major account relationships and development.
  • Dealer Principal activities for various brands.
  • Improving revenue.
  • Hiring employees.
  • Evaluating performance and productivity.
  • Analysing accounting and financial data.
  • Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
  • To ensure that employees health and safety are high on the agenda of priorities
  • Identifying training needs and in liaison with other managers.
