Objectives : Ensure customer satisfaction by resolvingcustomer concerns. Working closely with the After Sales ServiceSupervisor, the position requires good understanding of customerrelationship and ensures that customer satisfaction rating ismaintained at the highest standard consistently.Mainresponsibilities :

  • Support Local Distribution Manager forachievement of KPI’s through motivating staff and operationaleffectiveness
  • Effectively use Axapta software as a back officesystem for planning and handling deliveries, payments, customerrelations and stocking
  • Customer complaints are actioned within 48hours and refunds are handled as per company policy. This willinclude follow up calls and corrective actions to addressopportunities identified.
  • Know the fabrics, textiles, woods andmaterials of furniture sold in the store

  • Liaise with customers viatelephone or in person in a professional manner, be prepared tocommunicate and resolve customer grievance by taking a logicalapproach
  • Show urgency in addressing all customer complaints bylistening to the problem and working towards finding a positivesolution
  • Conduct pre delivery and follow up calls after deliveryhas been completed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrateprofessionalism and empathetic service attitude in dealing withcustomer complaint
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of products,especially with regards to handling and care of the products, inaddition to any special Features and Benefits (F.A.B’s).
  • Helpcustomers with any queries they may have surrounding the brand orproducts, style, size, and availability of items
  • Maintainimpeccable personal presentation and communication skills
  • Ensure afair balance of decisions is taken in consultation with the AfterSales Service Supervisor
  • Ensure the Team understands allpolicies, procedures and processes pertaining to After SalesService and Delivery and Assembly
  • Be knowledgeable of the localarea to manage and monitor the effective scheduling of groupeddeliveries based on geographical locality to maximize Delivery andAssembly productivity
  • Maintain after-sales contact with customersto build relationships and drive repeat customers throughadvertising after sales service
  • Schedule deliveries based onlocation and volume
  • Resolve all customer queries in a positivemanner. To maintain a healthy client base, guide all queries torelevant departments where required
  • Ensure the master sheet fordelivery timetables is regularly updated to reflect accurate andtimely delivery timeframes
  • Conduct a detailed handover of dailytasks, which consists of completed issues, actions to be taken orpending solutions between other After Sales Service Coordinators
  • Consistently maintain lead time as per the KPI. Look at ways toimprove lead time in the business
  • Be aware of product assemblytimeframes to ensure consistent utilization of accurate estimationof delivery schedules
  • Build effective working relationships withco-workers by treating them with respect and encouraging positiveteam environment to reach successful outcomes
  • Adhere to the safetyrules, working in a safe way and look after the safety ofemployees, colleagues and customers
  • Solve critical concernsraised by customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction andcommunicating these with staff if required to avoid repetition
  • Action Quality Control with Warehouse Stock Coordinators e.g.discoloration that may not be caused from natural product material
  • Ensure all checklists and records are followed and updated as pertimelines to allow accurate up to date information
