YOUR ROLE The purpose of this position is to manage day to day operations and after sales service, build and develop strong relationships with customers at as many levels as possible and identify areas of opportunities and directly sell KN Products, Service and Solutions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Directly Manage a selected number of Customers in their assigned Platforms Act as the main liaison between Customer and KN contacts to ensure an aligned approach Build strong relationship with as many points of contact possible to ensure a long standing business partnership Understand and communicate local Customer needs throughout the organization Act as the single point of contact for ALL KN services and solutions Communicate and co-
ordinate specific customer requirements (including RFQ's) with the organization.
Be the voice of the Customer and communicate such proactively with KN Be personally involved in all Customer requirements, maintaining close communication between Customer and KN Operations / Customer Service (and management where necessary) Identify customer needs and Opportunities for KN, bring them into KN to provide competitive pricing, additional solutions, and close new or existing business Navigate internally to motivate the organization to work together to obtain business and deliver the highest level of Customer Satisfaction.
Execute & monitor the import / Export operations to ensure the highest standards of customer care are achieved at all times and to maximize profitability on existing business Ensure that all requests are carried out to the pre-
set service levels and standard procedures in a timely manner and in line with the clients' instruction as well as corporate standards Control deviations / discrepancies to client requirements and liaising with origin offices for corrective actions with full adherence to procedures and requirements Ensure the timely processing of invoices, in line with the internal Finance Controlling regulations and ensure strict adherence to the Credit Control guidelines YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES Secondary education is mandatory Prior experience in Freight Forwarding Knowledge of Transportation, Seafreight Logistics, and Customs Clearance Fluent written and verbal communication in English GOOD REASON TO JOIN We offer an employee friendly and casual environment for you to become a skilled transportation logistics professional in a challenging and fast developing company with a competitive salary and opportunities for further development within the Kuehne + Nagel Group.
