Drafts recruitmentadvertisements; posts and / or places ads in the most effectivedigital and / or print media for open positions.
Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses theirqualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, andother forms of communications.
Connectsqualified candidates with hiring managers.
Maintains contact with candidates and updates the statusof their applications.
Provides advice tohiring managers regarding salary negotiations with finalcandidates.
Facilitates contacts by creatingand maintaining a presence in the technical / industry community andmarketplace.
Attends job fairs and industryconferences; runs company booth at job fairs.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
