Our client, world's largest Oil & Gas company, is urgently looking for a "Yard Supervisor STR / PVV " willing to work under the following conditions for an upcoming project :

Qualifications / Knowledge and / or Experience :
Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering discipline.
Experience in similar position (years) : mini 10 years. As a minimum, job holders must have extensive hands, on technical, project co-ordination and supervisory experience gained in a brownfield Oil & Gas Construction environment (Construction, Engineering, etc...).
Good knowledge of the industry best practices and contract practices in Oil & Gas projects.
Good sense of team spirit leadership, strong interpersonal and soft communication skills in multi-cultural environment.
Fluent in English - Both verbal and written.
Valid H2S and T-BOSIET (OPITO) trainings with offshore medical fitness.
Key Job Accountabilities :
Responsible for monitoring and control the structural and piping e construction activities related to F-DBN, including
To ensure compliance with HSE legislation, Company standards and procedures as they apply to project management and project engineering to ensure employee safety and legislative compliance.
To ensure compliance with Company Management System and applicable International Standards.
To participate in the risk assessment / JSA sessions , required to ensure safe and timely execution of the works.
Conducts daily safety tours, tool box talk audits and ensures all safety issues are reported through site management in a timely manner.
Delivers onshore construction items / modules with ZERO carry over / punch list item to offshore.
Scope and development :
Ensures sufficient resources (area, manpower, equipment, tools, consumables etc.) are assigned by the CONTRACTOR for achieving daily / weekly progress targets for structural and piping fabrication / onshore installation, based on approved project baseline schedule.
Ensures all training requirements (per Contract and COMPANY standards) are fully adhered by the CONTRACTOR.
Verify and confirm the quality and competencies of the assigned manpower and highlight any deficiencies
Ensures that all required inspections, audits or equipment certification required are performed on time and that all corrective action plan is properly implemented by CONTRACTOR;
Close monitoring of Contractor performance to ensure that the achieved progress is in line with the work time schedule ;
Ensures issuance of e weekly Yard progress within the cut-off time
Participates in weekly Construction / site meetings with CONTRACTOR / SUBCONTRACTORS;
Participates in the regular HSE Committee meetings & Safety Tours;
Ensures that all construction / fabrication documents are verified and compliant to technical requirements;
Ensures that all fabrication steps, pre-commissioning and load-out activities are properly completed,
Reports on regular basis about construction / installation progress, productivity and potential drifts on quality, planning and / or cost.
Ensures no carry over work / onshore punch points to offshore. Any such left over work (in any justifiable / unavoidable circumstances) shall be properly tracked and recorded in the punch list system.
Proposes actions plan and corrective actions for any deficiency, anomaly or non-compliance. Ensures closure all NCRs within the stipulated time.
Stops the work when necessary & report immediately to CSR / HSE Supervisor about any anomaly, violation & unsafe practice;
Maintains good relationships with CONTRACTOR, while being strict in achieving project objectives..
Carries out any other duties / projects may be assigned by the hierarchy.
Capture, record and compile all Lessons Learned, particularly in structural and piping disciplines.
