  • Manage all incoming IT supportcalls in the call logging system and direct to the necessarysupport queue or distribute to other departments asnecessary
  • Answer and log incoming phone callsto IT support into the call logging system and resolve over thephone remotely if possible.
  • This will require a polite phone mannerwith good interpersonal skills

  • Action approveduser account requests and changes for Email, PSMS etc.
  • Order hardware consumables where necessary whenonsite
  • Be a central resource for desktopsoftware distribution for Admin networks and support for Guestnetwork
  • Liaise with the Operational Teams toprovide hardware and software resources
  • Beavailable via phone (mobile or landline) during normal workhours
  • Manage updates and fixes to varioussystems outside normal working hours as appropriate, providingdirection for the IT Support Specialist
  • Inco-operation with the Operation, provide a schedule of works andestimated timescales for major upgrades and changes to all aspectsof the IT environment, ensuing that projects get completed on timewith the minimum of disruption
  • Out ofhours’ telephone support
  • You shalltake all reasonable steps to safeguard stored information, and notdivulge or otherwise transfer any personal data concerning theguests, customers or colleagues, or any confidential informationconcerning the hotel unless with the appropriateauthority.
