Under the guidance of the management, refine the data into meaningful statistics / information, including an overall summarized analysis, to enable management review and process indices and facilitate any decision making.
Proactively, you will produce reports and presentations on the internal performance of the business against strategic KPI’s while ensuring that this information is timely, accurate and highlights areas of opportunity or risk to the business.
Creatively, you will improve and maintain multiple data models and maintaining the quality of the data. Regularly, you will evaluate the department or teams objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed while establishing the department or teams objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives.
Equally, you will apply your supervisory skills to oversee, train and develop other employees, for proper succession planning and risk management.
About YouA minimum of 4 years of job related experience, preferably with Airline experience in similar role. Have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to use various statistical methods.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with excellent analytical ability to identify issues and dexterity in Statistics. Must possess excellent verbal and written English language skills with good interpersonal and strong presentations skills Equally, to be successful in this role, you should be organized, problem solver, strong attention to details with good ability to coach and foster harmonious relationships among team members.
