Job Summary and Responsibilities
Oversees all HR functions in order to support hotel operations toachieve its goals and objectives. Ensures that all Corporate HRstandard is implemented accordingly.
Follow up closely on currentlabour market situation, especially on the minimum wage issue, inorder to be competitive. Establishes and maintains goodrelationship with all internal colleagues as well as externalbusiness partners.
1.Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Human Resources Managementor relevant discipline
2. Comprehensive HR. experienceat least 10 years with a minimum of 5 years in managerial level.Preferably in a hospitality business
400-500 employeesis very essential.
4. Have Excellent Englishcommunication skills both in written and spoken
6. Posses professional dispositionwith excellent communication and interpersonalskills
