Maintains website content and updates website with newpromotions in order to generate additional revenue.
Manages the hotel s social media efforts, ifapplicable.
Works with online media outlets topromote the hotel.
Organizes and conducts allphoto shoots for web site content.
Coordinatesoffers and information for all publications and inserts with regardto brand loyalty reward mailings.
Developsbrochure and property collateral materials.
Participates in all property imaging work (e.g.,signage).
Ensures consistent brand andproperty message is communicated in all public relations andcommunications efforts.
Ensures consistency inindividual property's voice on all guest touch points andpublic relations and communications, not only following corporategraphic standards, but also on behalf of the individualproperty.
Builds and strengthensrelationships with existing and new travel writers and local mediato ensure future exposure. Activities include calls, entertainment,FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
Developsrelationships within community to strengthen and expand customerbase for sales opportunities and additional revenue.
Manages and develops relationships with key internal andexternal stakeholders.
Conducts solicitationand maintenance calls to media.
Developsstrong relationships with e-commerce vendors, media, anddistribution channels to ensure quality, cost effective creativeexecutions.
Identifies and communicates withdistribution channels that can sell distress inventory to driveproperty occupancy.
Provides allcommunications channels with creative and unique tools to assist inthe public relations and communications of the property.
Acts as liaison between corporate and individualproperties in rolling out programs and making sure that propertiesare taking advantage of all opportunities provided throughcorporate.
Assists property in developingpromotions for various campaigns.
Developingand Coordinating Communication Efforts
Provides accurate, complete and effective communicationsto visiting journalists, publicity or promotions.
Evaluates new public relations opportunities for theproperty.
Develops strategic public relationsplan for property, includes group, leisure and localefforts.
Manages individual and group mediavisits.
Identifies and coordinates communityservice activities in concert with the public image and needs ofthe resort.
