Operational ExcellenceOperational Excellence supports and implements approved continuous improvement methodologies, tools and training to ensure long-term sustainable improvement and growth for the company.
This role supports continuous improvement by interacting and coaching employees on proven methods to optimize operational efficiency and enhance business performance.
The OE role leads process improvement initiatives by identifying, analysing, implementing and monitoring improvements. Collaborates with leadership to ensure OE projects deliver intended value.
Principal Accountabilities : Development and implementation of OE strategy throughout PIH HoldingAssesses, identifies, develops and implements projects and initiatives to drive transformation and change that supports the organizations overall strategy, objectives, and prioritiesDevelops change management strategies, designs and implements development programsDrives continuous improvement and sets strategic planning to improvement initiatives, then follow-ups on implementation and resultsBuilds a strong continuous improvement culture
