Key Accountabilities :

  • Strategic and analytical support to cover varying levelsof complexity for investment decisions, project management and postinvestment analysis, all of these to be delivered within agreedtimescales.
  • Manage, capture and integrate market intelligence intostrategic planning, ensuring appropriate focus on deliveringcompetitive advantage

  • Regular monitoring andoptimal investment of owners’ accountbalances
  • Regular review of existing projectswith any risks and opportunity being highlighted as the project isdelivered and ensuring corrective action is taken to bring theproject back in line with approved benefits.
  • Responsible forensuring that all tax, insurance, legal and statutory requirementsare met

  • Manage, track and report on multipleprojects (acquisitions, ongoing operations, holding companiessetup) and coordinating various activities with internal andexternal teams
  • Draft the agenda for Boardmeetings. Ensure issuance of minutes of meetings, track actionitems, and escalate issues for resolution
  • Track and keep record of all management fees structureand payment to the division
  • Ensure allinvoices are approved and paid, with ongoing tracking, reportingand escalation
  • Contribute to the SharePurchase Agreement review conducted by all the team to protect thecompany interest
  • During Pre-Acquisition,review all terms of the hospitality management contract
  • Review Capex proposal and follow-up on date ofimplementation, cost variance, review hand-over reports and monitorreturn on investment
