VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for e-Channels Senior Support Analyst for one of its clients which is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company in Qatar with the following terms and conditions.

Role ObjectiveGuide on the effective use of solutions and architectures in order to achieve business outcomes in alignment with business requirements and the overall Enterprise ArchitectureProvide B2B solution architecture design and recommendations to other banks / vendorsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and support delivery outcomesCollaborate with other Architects for successful delivery of program streams and individual projectsEnsuring Solution Architectures are in alignment with the overall EA and Technology strategyUphold the architectural governance principles and good implementation design for architectural deliverablesContribute to the effective management of risks and issues associated with Solution designsDesigns new IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity.

Research on problems, plans solutions, recommends software and systems, at least at the functional level, and coordinates development to meet business or other requirements.

Requirement Analysis & DesignFollow best practices in the Industry for the technology developmentIdentify, understand and plan for organizational and human impacts of planned systems, and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets.

Detailed Roles and ResponsibilitiesSTRATEGICImplements system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions.

  • Develops and implements the most efficient and cost-effective solutionsEvaluates system specifications for business requirementsDefines application problem by conferring with departments;
  • evaluating procedures and processes.Identify, understand and plan for organizational and human impacts of planned systems, and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets.

    Works closely with Manager to prioritize business goals and information needsOPERATIONALImplementation, support and inventory control of applications usedDevelops and prepares application solutionsDevelops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.

    Validates results by testing programs.Ensures operation by providing support.Provides reference by writing documentation.

    Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.Plan system flow from the ground up.

    Interact with internal users and customers to learn and document requirements that are then used to produce business requirements documents.

    Write technical requirements from a critical phase.Help programmers during system development, e.g. provide use cases, flowcharts or even database design.

    Perform system testing.Deploy the completed system.Document requirements or contribute to user manuals.Responsible for designing components whenever a development process is conducted, and providing that information to the developerPEOPLE MANAGEMENTSupervise junior programmers in their day-

    to-day tasks and guide them in development of the applications in more effective way, Steer them in the right direction and break bad development habits early on.

    Doing code reviews regularly to tell them what they are doing right / wrong, in turn using this as an opportunity to point out best practices.

    COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCEEducational Qualifications : University graduate with a Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.

    Experience : About 12 years of related experience of which a minimum of 8-10 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in Banking Domain.
