DohaFull-time, Contract*Note : Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Employment Type : Contract (1 year) - Can be extendedLocation : Doha, QatarJob Description : Receiving messages and directing calls to relevant stakeholders, in addition to directly answering general questions from startups and others.

Scheduling partners, startups, and others to meet with relevant stakeholders, in addition to scheduling stakeholders off-site appearances and meetings.

Receive visitors and directs them to the proper stakeholder or location.Respond to incoming mail both email and paper mail, typically directing each to the relevant stakeholders.

Monitoring attendance in events.Following up with attendees of different events.Competencies : Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent computer skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsRequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, business and market development2-3 years of relevant experience (incubation & entrepreneurs will be accepted in lieu of Master's degree.
