As a Marketing and Communication Manager your main responsibility will be to develop, plan and implement marketing strategies and programs aimed at promoting the products / brands to help enhance and grow business volumes and increase brand equity and awareness.
Prepares presentations for marketing-related programs. Organizes and manages on-site implementation of promotional events.
Compiles the overall budget and exercises adequate and effective budgetary control through the year and highlights any variances for management action
Liaise with advertising and other agencies to ensure strategic placement and timely publication of advertisements.
Take part in periodic inspection of showrooms and generation of grading reports vis-à-vis company’s Customer Service and Merchandising standards.
Responsible for inventory management of merchandising collaterals.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge : Marketing Degree holder
Minimum Experience : 3 years in planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies, retail exposure is preferred but not essential
Job-Specific Skills : Strong analytical skills, customer-focused, has attention to details and ability to handle and prioritize multi task simultaneously
