Food Safety Specialist Job Description
A Food and Safety Specialist prepares and conducts audits at fields, cold storage, packing houses, cooling facilities, etc.
He will work out and revise client-specific food safety manuals.
He makes presentations and provides explanations of the food safety documents to the client. Alongside, he also coordinates project efforts with the technical staff.
He must plan and implement on-site educational food safety presentations. He involves himself in the constant improvement of the audit program.
He will also operate as a member of the cross-departmental teams and projects if necessary.
