The Site Manager is responsible for the performance ofwork and oversight of all contract matters relating to dailyoperations of this contract and other duties as assigned.
The SM ensures oversees all work requirements to ensureprofessional and quality services are provided to the Customer inaccordance with program requirements, while maintaining safety asthe highest priority to support mission activities in theSOW.
Additionalresponsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Schedule of personnel, worksupervision and quality control.
Monitor cost control, financial reports, budgeting, andoverall operating costs.
Recommend, develop, implement, and enforceprocedures / programs to increase efficiency and improvecost effectiveness to the program.
Ensure adherence to company policies and IAWgovernment regulations.
Serve as designated POC in direct oversight andsubcontractor management.
The Site Manager will beavailable within 4 hours to meet on the installation withGovernment personnel as required.

Three yearsin a leadership (preferably Program / Site Manager) on a program ofsimilar size and scope including BOS type operations
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Strongcomputer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous supervisory experience inan austere OCONUS environment with a multi-nationalworkforce
Valid US orlocal driver's license and Current Passport
Active Secret Clearance withability to maintain Secret Clearance
Ability to successfully pass CENTCOM medicalrequirements and maintain requirements for duration ofdeployment
Country visa(as required in line with the U.S. Department of State ForeignClearance Guide)
