1. Leads the Project Management Team sContracting activities in issuing ITT, execution of the
EPC contract and coordinates input with Legal and other MajorProject Groups / PMT
functions as required
2. Preparation of ITT packages and coordination of tender processwith Supply, integration and
3.Preparation, development and management of EPC Contract / Contractdocuments including
coordination of full Contract scopedefinition
4. Evaluating EPC contractor s technical bidand making appropriate recommendations to
Shareholderwith respect to acceptability of Contract terms andconditions.
5. Administering the EPC contract,documenting and recording all changes, progress
measurements and payments, management of claims, monitoring ofbonds / guarantees,
preparation of Contract modificationsand closing out the contract.
6. Assist with the reviewand negotiation of project change requests submitted by EPC
7. Take the lead in preparingcontractual responses to the EPC Contractor.
8.Interface with EPC Contractor in resolving Contractual relatedissues.
