Abide on duty stipulated inworkplace safety and health (operation of cranes) regulations 2011,Workplace Safety and Health (General Provisions) Regulations andother relevant subsidiary legislations.
Plan,coordinate and supervise all lifting activities in theproject.
Perform daily inspection on allmobile cranes, crawler crane and electrical power driven (pendantcontrol) overhead cranes used in the project
Ensure that the operators of mobile I crawler cranesconduct pre-operation check using company prescribedchecklist.
Perform daily toolbox talk to thecrane operators and the riggers cum signalmen.
Participate in RA Meetings on Lifting Operations andbrief the RA to the lifting team.
Ensure thatonly registered crane operators, appointed riggers cum signalmenengage in any lifting operation involving the use of a mobile / crawler crane
Ensure that the groundconditions are safe for any lifting operation to be performed byany mobile I crawler crane ![]()
