Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
This role is an exciting opportunity to join beIN and work within the Group Analytics team on a range of global projects.
Specifically to provide actionable insights on Sports & News content and how it drives Pay-Tv subscription, through :
Conducting content research and analysis based on all data sources available to the Group Analytics team, e.g. :
Bespoke surveys / qualitative research, and content trackers. o Viewing data from local TAMs and return path panel data sources.
Social media buzz and content talkability, and its impact on Pay TV subscriptions.
Conducting ad hoc projects involving customer feedback on content, e.g.
End of season reviews of viewing performance and engagement of sporting events.
Competitor intelligence on the value delivered by sports content on competitor channels and platforms.
Analysis of cross-platform news content consumption, and on various devices.
Updating sports event viewing data trackers for our businesses globally.
Communicating those insights using Management Information, dashboards, and insight newsletters.
Working closely with Doha content and marketing teams to ensure they understand their viewers and what content they value.
