Assist and support managementand the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resourcesissues. Assist employees with internal and external transferrequests and procedures.
Monitor and assist managers / supervisorswith hiring processes and issues. Coordinate and conduct applicantdrug screens, reference checks, background checks, motor vehiclechecks, and social security number verification.
Maintain applicantflow, drug screen, orientation and transfer request logs. Createand maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into HumanResources Information Systems.
Assist with orientation of newemployees. Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes forcompliance with all local, state, and federal laws and companypolicies and standards.
Ensure accurate maintenance of all employeerecords and files (e.g., interview documents, I-9's).Support processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordancewith policies and procedures, as necessary.
Inform Human Resourcesmanagement of issues related to employee relations within thedivision or property. Create and maintain filing systems.
GenerateHuman Resources data reports as necessary Answer phone calls andrecord messages. Create and type office correspondence usingcomputer.
Serve as Human Resources subject matter expert andparticipate on project teams. Train new hires on Human Resourcesprocesses, programs, policies, information systems,etc.
