Job Description :
We are looking for a with 10 to 12 years of experience with Procurement, Estimation & Facilities Management
The Role :
To proactively lead and advise on the commercial management of a facilities management business to ensure its financial activities are professionally and competently managed for ensuring profitability and meeting growth targets in accordance with the Board’s strategic expectations.
Identify opportunities to expand the business, including through partnerships, mergers and new markets
Serving as a member of, and proactively working with the FM Senior Management Team run to ensure the FM business meets its strategic objectives
Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth
Overseeing the day-to-day commercial and financial activities of the FM business and its operations and ensuring relevant and appropriate governance and propriety measures are in place.
Managing all FM business commercial activities and services economically, efficiently and effectively
Evaluating the FM business financial performance through detailed analysis and producing monthly accounts which include performance forecasting
Develop accurate and consistent bids with the help of relevant departments
Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients
Manage daily operations, including employee training and development, contract negotiations and production planning
Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations
Degree Qualified Candidates (QS or Engineering) with a minimum of 2 years experience in the Middle East and a total of 12 Years Experience.
