  • Supervising performance of theentire team and prepare output reports on a monthlybasis.
  • Escalate to relevant business units orbusiness partners, special incidents (fraudulent or suspectedcases).
  • Manage departmental roster and assignshifts based on business demands.
  • Visitproviders / insurance partners in the absence of medical manager andresolve any business issues / conflicts effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits and random checks to ensuredelivery timelines are met per SLA and to reduce the margin oferrors during processes.
  • Identify trainingrequirements amongst team members and provide feedback to thedepartment management.
  • Increase of memberretention level.
  • Provide statistics for weekly / monthly performance reports for management s review andadvice.
  • Prepare roster arrangements and ensureshifts are allotted to team members fairly and recommend creativesolutions to motivate team members
  • Proactiveapproach, actions in resolving member ,group complaints and insurercomplaints.
