Supervise and maintain Ashghal Wide Quality Management System through best practices and the appropriate staffing and management of a quality team.
Assist the relevant management in strategy development on strategy details based on the information / data gathered and analysed and based on leading practice
Design effective and appropriate measures in addressing challenges within specific areas and applying relevant conceptual frameworks where applicable
Organize data into report format and arrange for the preparation of graphic illustrations of research findings
Support in adoption of enterprise wide frameworks for quality management and raise awareness to ensure proper implementation
Ensure in implementation PWA wide policies, procedures and process maps and review with process owners to ensure that they are optimized and promote continuous improvement
Ensure alignment and integration of business processes across PWA
Development of performance reports to identify process improvement opportunities to support that may support the future achievement of targets
Maintain the Ashghal Wide Quality Management System to specify how quality will be managed across the organization
Contribute in the development and deployment of quality policies and performance measures and monitor their implementation to ensure adherence to quality standards across the organization
Perform quality assessments to monitor compliance with the Ashghal Wide Quality Management System and identify issues
Launch surveys that seek to measure the on quality of PWA’s services to both internal and external stakeholders
Perform other duties / tasks as required.
