  • Deliver effectivecustomer care (back office and onsite) processes;
  • Follow effective communication and escalationprocesses;
  • Perform quality control proceduresto ensure that any deviation from the requirements are detected andcorrected as soon as possible;
  • Coordinateeffective automated and manual case management using CRMsystem;
  • Coordinate solutions topro-actively increase productivity of customer care and call centreagents, and maximise customer information andsatisfaction;
  • Pro-actively identify and reporton patterns and risks, and deliver processes to mitigatethem;
  • Liaise with internal and externalstakeholders to ensure the relevant customer care records areaccessible for legal and financial purposes;
  • Analyse and report regularly on KPIs and theeffectiveness of customer care and call centre services, using CRMand other systems;
