In this role, you will define BIM strategy, develop, implement and monitor CAD design standards and procedures.
You will be implementing all procedures in BIM and Digital Construction during design, construction, and handover of projects.
You will be leading and support the use of digital technology to create BIMs in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) sector.
You will implement and manage project support tasks to quality support, IT and coding.
You will organize and utilize all necessary factors for project implementation and completion and turn the BIM environment into a collaborative and productive one."
You will implement systems for communication and data exchange to ensure seamless collaboration, managing people and resources and monitoring the process for potential improvements.
You will be implement enabling tools for designing, developing, delivering and maintaining facility.
You will oversee the BIM for all the stages in a construction project, from planning and design to construction and completion."
You will provide support for plotting and electronic file submissions.
You will maintain documentation records of generated design deliverables.
You should have a degree in Architectural, Engineering or other directly related Building Construction programs with Major in BIM Technology or Digital Design, with minimum 10 years professional experience in large buildings, infrastructure projects, and minimum 5 years of BIM, 3D Modelling, GIS and Asset Inventory professional experience.
You must be excellent proficiency in proposed BIM Authoring and Coordination Software, good industry knowledge in multiple project disciplines and coordination processes, practices and building construction, excellent English language oral, written and presentation skills and extensive knowledge of quality and document management processes.
