Manage security operations across a facility as per the security management program to protect patients, visitors, staff, physicians, property, and facilities from accidents, bodily harm, fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry.
Investigate reports of potential criminal conduct against visitors, staff, and property and provide written reports in English to the Facility Assistant Executive Director of Support Services / Corporate Director of Security.
Reports will be translated into Arabic by official translator if needed.Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline all contract security colleagues in order to ensure that the security team is developed and effective.
Perform a variety of advanced professional and first-line supervisory duties related to the coordination of security services.
Monitor and evaluate the progress, performance, and productivity of the security operations in the facility in order to ensure continuous provision of timely quality and sufficient security services.
Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures as needed.Attend all facility meetings such as FMS, JCI, KPI and SLA and represent the security department in these meetings.
Provide professional security advice to security colleagues, departments and facility administration.Conduct annual Security Risk Assessments in the facility to identify security weakness, high risk areas and formulate action plans to improve security operations.
Develop security strategies as required by the Corporate Director of Security / Facility Assistant Executive Director of Support Services in order to address security issues such as illegal parking, smoking in facility or visitor control.
