Required Skills :

  • Provide technical support to clients related to technical and operational aspects of the products.
  • Interact with customers and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage and monitor customers' expectations.
  • Create and maintain product support database to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Creating new customers and sales, Maintain existing, long term relationships with customers
  • Coordinate demonstrations; explain features and benefits to prospects and closing sales
  • Lead product promotional executives and co ordinate all promotional and product launch activities
  • Lead generation through various Medias and marketing activities
  • Coordinating with Technical team to complete the project on time.
  • Meeting Contractors, Consultants to give them necessary information about our products in order to specify our materials in major Projects.
  • Build strong working relationships and maintain high quality of communication with Clients as well as suppliers
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts for management approval.
  • Management reporting sales& marketing
  • Initiate and coordinate marketing and promotional activities
