It is for this reason that we are offering a unique opportunity for a Key Account Manager focusing on our top tier partners, to join our team.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to form part of our energetic, passionate and high performing team based in Qatar.

You will be working from our office in Doha but your main focus will be on Kuwait and we believe you will play a key role in the further success of Axis in this geographical area.


As a Key Account Manager you will take care of our top customers focusing on approx. 15-20 key partners. You will be working out in the field closely to our customers and it will be your job to find new opportunities and make business of them in order to grow Axis presence in the market.

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of business plans with our key partners and customers.

The accounts you will be responsible for are either selected partners, System Integrators (SI) with high short and long term revenue potential, potential future accounts (partners or potential partners) or partners involved in high value projects.

You will handle these accounts on a daily basis, acting as a professional interface between the accounts and Axis.

Your main activities include, but are not limited to :

  • Developing clear business plans for the selected accounts.
  • Setting annual targets on each account and continuously following up KPI’s on these.
  • Working closely together with the System Integrators to develop the project pipeline and close projects.
  • Working with marketing activities together with the System Integrators to attract new end-user opportunities.
  • Actively participating in trade shows, seminars, Academies, webinars and other promotional sales activities.
  • Working closely with the Sales Engineer to increase the technical knowledge / aspect / information within the different projects

    We are looking for a driven and self-motivated team player with high ambitions and an ability to take initiatives. You have a technical background with proven experience from working with indirect sales, preferably in a technical sales position from the IT or Security industry.

    You are pro-active in your work and have ability to manage time and prioritize.

    We believe the right candidate fulfill the below criteria :

  • 5-7 years proven track record selling through channels
  • Possesses a demonstrated interest and / or understanding of networking, computer hardware or software equipment
  • Working experience in Kuwait, Qatar is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Arabic language, both verbal and written
  • Excellent communications / negotiation skills
  • Balanced interaction of consulting-attitudes and dynamic sales mentality
  • Proactive, driven, and can manage this / her time and prioritize
  • Is a team player with positive spirit, ambitious, open and inquisitive attitude
